English to Tagalog Poem Translation

   Hanggang kailan kaya merong “tayo”

How long can there be “we”
I can’t get the fear out of my mind
That one day “we” will become “me”

I’m afraid you’ll leave me
Maybe your heart will forget me
Because that has happened once

The apprehension still lingers
That again you have another
As I feel it
You can’t blame me, can you?

Because you traded me once
Love turned bitter
And caused so much pain

Thank you friend, you didn’t leave me

You are my compassion and my support

You can hear the voice far away

You know the beating of my heart and chest

You took on the weight so that I could stand

Support my arm, strength is your voice

You are like a stranger who does not expect anything in return

Where can I find someone like you in a moment?

If in this way it is shown to be loved,

He who cannot see is blind, and he who cannot feel is numb

Oh friend, you are alone

    PAG-IBIG, NAPA-KOMPLIKADO MO

NAGBUBUHOL-BUHOL ANG UTAK KO

MAPAGKUNWARI PA MINSA’Y SUSULPOT

WARI’Y NAGPAPANGGAP NA SUOT

MAPANGAHAS KA, AT WALANG PINIPILI

MATAPOS UMASA, PUSO’Y NASAWI

O MAPAGPANGGAP NA PAG-IBIG!

KAILAN KA MAKAKATIKIM NG GALIT?

TIWALA’Y NILAAN

PAGKATAPOS AY IIWAN

SUKDULANG HAPDI

KATUMBAS AY PIGHATI

HINDI MO BA NALALAMAN

KUNG GAANO KASAKIT MASAKTAN?

HINDI MO MANLANG BA TUTULUNGANG

   LOVE, YOU’RE SO COMPLICATED

MY BRAIN IS IN KNOTS

EVEN PRETEND SOMETIMES IT WILL APPEAR

LOOKS LIKE IT WAS DRESSED

YOU ARE DARING, AND NO ONE CHOOSES

AFTER HOPE, THE HEART FAILED

O PRETENDED LOVE!

WHEN WILL YOU TASTE ANGER?

TRUST IS PROVIDED

THEN LEAVE

EXTREME PAIN

EQUAL IS PAIN

DON’T YOU KNOW?

HOW MUCH DOES IT HURT?

WON’T YOU HELP?

my first poem for my Zera, in Tagalog

your smile sets fire to my heart
your eyes enslave my soul
and when you stare at me
i burn in your gaze for eternity)

Walang pakiramdaman, walang pakialamanan,

walang pakundangang naghahanap ng mga bagay

para pilit kang makalimutan. Gigising ako nang nakangiti,

masaya, at ang nasa isip ay

Met but not destined.” I hear that often,

I think you do too. But if you think about it,

we meet so many people who are also destined to leave.

Some will return, some will simply disappear.

I don’t know where you belong. No feeling, no caring,

no shame in looking for things to force you to forget.

I will wake up smiling, happy, and on my mind

Poem Translation English to Tagalog

   Deep into that darkness peering,

Long I stood there, wondering, fearing,

Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortals

Ever dared to dream before;

But the silence was unbroken,

And the stillness gave no token,

And the only word there spoken

Was the whispered word, “Lenore!”

This I whispered, and an echo

Murmured back the word, “Lenore!”

Merely this, and nothing more.

Sa kailaliman ng kadilimang iyon ay nakasilip,

Matagal akong nakatayo doon, nagtataka, natatakot,

Nagdududa, nangangarap na pangarap walang mortal

Kailanman nangahas na mangarap noon;

Murmured back the word, “Lenore!”

Ito lang, at wala nang iba pa.

And all should cry, Beware! Beware!

His flashing eyes, his floating hair!

Weave a circle round him thrice,

And close your eyes with holy dread

For he on honey-dew hath fed,

And drunk the milk of Paradise.

At lahat ay dapat umiyak, Mag-ingat! Mag-ingat!

Turning and turning in the widening gyre

The falcon cannot hear the falconer;

Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;

Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,

The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere

The ceremony of innocence is drowned;

The best lack all conviction, while the worst

Are full of passionate intensity.

   Paikot-ikot sa lumalawak na gyre

Hindi marinig ng falcon ang falconer;

Ang mga bagay ay bumagsak; ang sentro ay hindi maaaring humawak;

Ang seremonya ng kawalang-kasalanan ay nalunod;

   Willows whiten, aspens shiver.

The sunbeam showers break and quiver

In the stream that runneth ever

By the island in the river

Flowing down to Camelot.

Four gray walls, and four gray towers

Overlook a space of flowers,

And the silent isle imbowers

The Lady of Shalott.

   Willows pumuti, aspens nanginginig.

Ang sunbeam shower ay nabasag at nanginginig

Sa batis na umaagos kailanman

Sa tabi ng isla sa ilog

Umaagos pababa sa Camelot.

Apat na kulay abong pader, at apat na kulay abong tore

Tinatanaw ang espasyo ng mga bulaklak,

At ang tahimik na isla ay tumango

Ang Ginang ng Shalott.

She walks in beauty, like the night

Of cloudless climes and starry skies;

And all that’s best of dark and bright

Meet in her aspect and her eyes;

Thus mellowed to that tender light

Which heaven to gaudy day denies.

Naglalakad siya sa kagandahan, tulad ng gabi

Ng walang ulap na klima at mabituing kalangitan;

Kilalanin ang kanyang aspeto at ang kanyang mga mata;

Poem About Self

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul.
the universe took its time on you
crafted you to offer the world
something different from everyone else
when you doubt
how you were created
you doubt an energy greater than us both
    The time will come
when, with elation
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror
and each will smile at the other’s welcome,
and say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was your self.
Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart
to itself, to the stranger who has loved you
all your life, whom you ignored
for another, who knows you by heart.
Take down the love letters from the bookshelf,
the photographs, the desperate notes,
peel your own image from the mirror.
Sit. Feast on your life.
Fear of confrontation used to silence me.
Self love raised my voice.
Fear of failure used to immobilize me.
Self love emboldened me.
Fear of judgement used to consume me.
Self love made me whole.
Fear of abandonment used to anchor me.
Self love helped me set sail.
This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.

A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor.

Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still, treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out
for some new delight.

The dark thought, the shame, the malice,
meet them at the door laughing,
and invite them in.

Be grateful for whoever comes,
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond.

Short Poem About Self

   One day the sun admitted,
I am just a shadow.
I wish I could show you
The Infinite Incandescence
That has cast my brilliant image!

I wish I could show you,
When you are lonely or in darkness,
The astonishing Light
Of your own Being!

Today I asked my body what she needed,
Which is a big deal
Considering my journey of
Not Really Asking That Much.
i dive into the well of my body
and end up in another world
everything i need
already exists in me
there’s no need
to look anywhere else
  be softer with you.
you are a breathing thing.
a memory to someone.
a home to a life.
 Once when I was running,
from all that haunted me;
to the dark I was succumbing –
to what hurt unbearably.

Searching for the one thing,
that would set my sad soul free.

In time I stumbled upon it,
an inner calm and peace;
and now I am beginning,
to see and to believe,
in who I am becoming –
and all I’ve yet to be.

Tagalog Poem About Love

Kung ikaw lang sana ay isang bituin
Saka ako’y buwang lagi mong kapiling
Suyuin man kita kung gabing malalim
Ah! Sayang na sayang, sayang na pag-ibig,
Sayang na singsing kong nahulog sa tubig;
Kung ikaw rin lamang ang makasasagip,
Mahanga’y hintin kong kumati ang tubig!
Kung sa mga daang nilalakaran mo,
may puting bulaklak ang nagyukong damo
na nang dumaan ka ay biglang tumungo
tila nahihiyang tumunghay sa iyo. . .
Irog, iya’y ako!

Kung may isang ibong tuwing takipsilim,
nilalapitan ka at titingin-tingin,
kung sa iyong silid masok na magiliw
at ika’y awitan sa gabing malalim. . .
Ako iyan, Giliw!

  Damong makahiya na munting masanggi’y
nangunguyumpis na’t buong nakikimi,
matalsikan lamang hamog na konti’t
halik ng amiha’y mabigla sa dampi
mga kinaliskis na daho’y tutupi’t
tila na totoong lanta na’t uns’yami.
Oh!

At inilagak mong sabing nahabilin,
